A small, free plugin that lists the WooCommerce products at or below your low-stock threshold — no account, no setup, nothing sent anywhere. When you want to be told instead of having to check, it connects your store to Steadel in one click.

The easiest way to install it is from inside WordPress — search for “Steadel” under Plugins → Add New. Installed that way, WordPress keeps it up to date for you. You can also download the .zip and upload it by hand, though a manually installed plugin won’t auto-update.

What it does

Shows what's running low — locally

A table of the products at or below the low-stock threshold you already set in WooCommerce. Built from your own data, shown only in your admin. No account required.

Connects to Steadel in one click

For the part a snapshot can't do: an email or Slack alert within minutes of stock dipping (Steadel checks your store every 10 minutes), plus scheduled inventory reports. Uses WooCommerce's own approval screen — no API keys to copy.

Installing it

  1. 01In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin and search for “Steadel”.
  2. 02Click Install Now, then Activate. A Steadel item appears in your admin menu.
  3. 03Open it to see your low-stock products — the list is built from your own store data.
  4. 04If you want to be told automatically instead of looking, click Connect this store to Steadel.

Requirements

WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 6.0+, PHP 7.4+. Tested on WordPress 7.1 and WooCommerce 10.9.

What it sends

Nothing, on its own. The low-stock list never leaves your site. Data is shared only after you click Connect and approve access yourself.
